Polyacrylamide (PAM) is a water-soluble polymer. Due to the presence of a certain number of genes in its molecular chain, it can adsorb solid particles suspended in water, bridge between particles, or condense particles into large flocs through charge neutralization. Therefore it can accelerate the settling of particles in suspended waves, significantly improve solution clarification and promote filtration.
Usage Method
1. Before use, inject this product into tap water at a certain concentration of 1‰–5‰ and stir to fully dissolve it. Polyacrylamide has a longer dissolution time, usually 30 minutes for anionic polyacrylamide and 50–60 minutes for cationic polyacrylamide.
2. The determination of the dosage is based on the properties of the raw water, and the appropriate amount of alum is formed through beaker experiments. This process requires the gradual addition of polyaluminum chloride diluent. First, polyaluminum chloride is added for coagulation, and small and dense alum is suitable for the water body. Then, polyacrylamide diluent is added to achieve the aggregation of alum and the separation of sludge and water. The dosage of polyaluminum chloride and polyacrylamide is calculated based on this, and this result is used as a reference value for machine debugging.
3. When using on the machine, pump the proportionally prepared liquid into the measuring tank, measure the reaction between the added liquid and the raw water according to the results of the beaker test, and adjust the low rate of the measuring pump appropriately to achieve the best coagulation effect.
4. Generally, it is prepared and used on the same day, and tap water is required for medication preparation. Slight sediment is a normal phenomenon. Dissolving ratio reference: Example: 1‰, solution, 1 ton of water dissolves 1kg of solid.

Polyacrylamide is generally packaged in 25kG paper plastic composite bags, or can be packaged according to customer requirements. The stacking layer should not exceed 20 layers, and the shelf life is 2 years. The product should be stored in a cool, shaded, ventilated, and dry place, and attention should be paid to moisture prevention.
